Twitter is competed Google and Facebook

Twitter executives secretly apparently was in talks with Facebook and Google. This conversation is related to the possibility of acquisition of these microblogging sites.

According to the Wall Street Journal website, the talks including the estimated value of Twitter is estimated to range from 8 billion U.S. dollars to 10 billion U.S. dollars.

This valuation is higher when Twitter obtained a loan in December 2010. At that time, Twitter has obtained a loan of 200 million U.S. dollars so the valuation is 3.7 billion U.S. dollars.

Google and Facebook has not been willing to respond to reports the Wall Street Journal. Likewise with Twitter which declined to comment.
